Separation

Without making a Separation Agreement you will find it extremely difficult to move on and start planning your future. And if you eventually divorce, and delay in formally defining a period of separation may also result in delayed divorce proceedings. The main advantage over the Separation Agreement or Deed is that the court is involved and so can sort out.
