Grandparents Rights

The breakdown of a relationship can be upsetting for all concerned. But for grandparents it can be even worse if contact with grandchildren is denied. The grandparents have no formal legal rights in relation to their grandchildren, but grandparents do have the right to apply to the court for a contact Order to see their grandchildren. If that is not successful, then you try mediation.
